Went to heaven and joined his loving mother on March 13, 2014, age 49 years. Dear son of Doug (Cathy) Depledge and the late Anne (Al) Wess. Cherished brother of Linda (Steve) Braley, Dr. Tim (Val) Depledge, Sandra (Tim) Laurishke, Jennifer (Scott) Conerton, and Matthew Depledge. Much loved uncle of William (Kristina), Christina, Aubrey and Evan. Also survived by other family, friends and caregivers. David wasn't given much from the start. He never walked or talked or even rode a bike. Yet he found a way to be a happy, laughing and smiley guy, "A Sweet Fella". He was well liked by those who worked with him. There will be an open space in our hearts where David was but now is filled with our memories and a hope he is now in a place of love and peace. Deep heartfelt thanks go to the awesome, attentive, caring and professional clinical and administrative staff at the Southern Wisconsin Center for the Developmentally Disabled where David lived for 37 years.
