Died unexpectedly on Thursday, September 24, 2026, age 67 years. Beloved husband for 38 years to Kelly (nee Haselow). Loving father of Robert (Sarah) Braam. Very proud grandpa of Sonny. Preceded in death by his parents, Leah and Robert Braam. Dearest brother of Elizabeth (Brian) Eastman, Charles Braam and the late Colleen Braam. Fond son-in-law of the late Kathleen and the late James Haselow. Dear brother-in-law of Jamie (Tom) Anderson, Tracy (Michael) Walker, Jim (Tina) Haselow and Carrie Haselow. Cherished uncle of Nicole (Ben), Breanne (Scott), Matthew (Myah), Maddie, Drew, Ashley, Corie, Chris (Brenda), Joe (Sally) and Rachel. Great-uncle of Lea, Lily, Jyn, Jade, Ayla. Emma. Abby and Lilly. He is further survived by his dear friends, Jim and Barb; Larry and Sharon and many other family members and friends, both those living and those who have gone before us.

David was a retiree of the City of Milwaukee Housing Authority after 25 plus years. He was a proud and active member of Union Local No. 33-Milwaukee Area Labor Council, AFL-CIO. David will be remembered as a hard worker and in his free time enjoyed hunting, fishing, learning history and traveling. His proudest title was grandpa and will be sorely missed by all who knew him.
