Dan K. Spittlemeister

Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 3, 2026. Age 68 years. Beloved husband of the late Dorthy Spittlemeister (nee Hartman). Brother of Steve Spittlemeister. Dan is also survived by and will be greatly missed by many dear friends, who he considered his family.

Dan was born and raised in Greenfield. He was a 1976 graduate of Martin Lutheran High School. He worked for many years and retired from GE Healthcare. Throughout his life Dan enjoyed collecting cars, antiquing, and riding horses with Dorthy. Dan will be remembered for being a kind, funny and generous person who loved the company of those he surrounded himself with.

Memorial visitation Monday, April 13, 2026 from 4-6 PM. Service of remembrance at 6 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Dan's name may be made to either the American Cancer Society or the Wisconsin Humane Society.
