Polchinski, Dale P. "Unkie" Born into Eternal Life on June 19, 2013 at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Carol (nee Rutchik) for 36 years. Loving father of Randall Jaeckel, Garett (Merit) Jaeckel and the late Dale Jr. Dear grandfather of Dillon and Ruby. Further survived by his brother, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home Saturday, June 22, 2013 from 9-11 AM. Funeral Services 11 AM. Interment and military honors to follow at Forest Home Cemetery.
