Age 59 3/4 Years. Knock, knock, knocking on Heavens dooras the door finally opened on Thursday, March 21, 2013 there stood a shiny can of Coke and a juicy hamburger. Dale will be greatly missed by his best friend and loving wife of 39 years, Sue and his four legged companion Tana (the dog he never wanted). Proud dad to Heather Kozik (Tim Wolosz), Brian (Jessika) Kozik. Fun loving Opa to Brianna, Braden, Brynlee and Rivers. Dear son to Jean and the late Edmund Kozik. Cherished brother to Daniel (Patty) Kozik. Dear son-in-law to Audrey and the late Norbert Atkielski. Brother-in-law of Sharon and Roger Christensen. Further survived by other family members and friends. Dale was a dedicated social worker in Milwaukee County for over 20 years and proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy.
