Precious daughter of Harvey and Maralyn Steffen. Loving sister of Randall (Ann), Lisa and David Steffen. Dear niece of Marilynn Steffen, Bernita Hougum, Lee (Marge) Bramer and Gary (Mariann) Bramer. CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH, 3100 W. Parnell Ave. Funeral Service at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery. Cindy was a special education teacher for 20 years. She taught in the Wautoma School System and then St. Francis. Cindy was on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Ovarian Cancer Alliance and was a strong advocate for continued research.
