Was tragically taken from us on Thursday, August 28, 2008, age 51 years. Preceded in death by his parents, William and Leone Burger and father-in-law, Francis Welk. Beloved husband and best friend for 33 years of Becky (nee Welk). Proud dad of Craig Jr., (Ingrid), Lance (Lenore), Melissa (Shane) and Brandon. Adoring papa of Tyler, Olivia, Amaya, Collin, Wyatt and Ben. Dear brother of Susan (the late Joseph) Kern, Mike (Traci) Burger and Robin (Mark) Sahagian. Fond son-in-law of JoAnne Welk. Dear brother-in-law of Duke Welk, Kim (Tom) Darga, Betty (Jamie) Burris, JoAnne Welk, Kelly (Tom) LaPine, Glynn Welk, Gordon Welk and Fran (Mike) Teska. Service of Remembrance at 7:30 PM. Craig was a Truck Driver for Roundy's Corp. and a member of Teamsters Local No. 200. He was a lifetime Bay View area resident, honorary father to many of his children's friends and an instant friend to everyone he met. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
