Smith, Cleo W., lovingly known as Bill. Born to Eternal Life on January 8th, 2024 at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Chun (nee Park) for 49 years. Loving father of Nancy (Joel) Rupnick, Tony (Nancy) Smith and Chrystal (Jason) Kerwin. Cherished Papa of Andrew, Tony, Kishanti and Kylee. Proud Great Papa of Seoul, Tucker and Nova. Also survived by his brothers, sisters, other relatives and countless friends.

Bill served his country as a member of the United States Army during the Vietnam Era. He enjoyed spending time with his grandkids, great-grandkids, fishing, cooking/grilling, baking and fixing cars. He also enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and old Westerns.

Preceded in death by his loving parents James Franklin Smith and Doris Levon Trammel, as well as loving brothers and a sister.

Visitation Tuesday, January 16, 2024 from 10:00AM to 1:00PM, with a funeral service to follow, at 1:00PM. Private interment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
