Clarita ran to the arms of our Heavenly Father on Friday, April 14, 2023 and at the age of 75 and is now rejoicing in the Kingdom of God. Devoted mother of Claudia Guevara, Gilberto (Elizabeth) Martinez, Miriam Adriana Martinez, and the late Jose Luis Martinez. Proud grandma of Melissa Martinez, Azael Martinez, Jose Luis Martinez III, Gael Martinez and Jose Carlos Martinez. Great grandma of Abner Anguiano and Aziel Anguiano. Sister of Rosa Mercado, Celestino Guevara, Jose Guevara, the late Maria Reyes and the late Alma Guevara Shelton. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Clara was a longtime loyal member of UCC. She loved to embroider and do arts and crafts. In her younger days she could often be found dancing in her stiletto high heels. Her cooking skills were legendary. Her tamales will be forever missed. She was a professional Loteria player that used "bewtiched" cards. There is no sadness because she knew her return to her Father would be beautiful.

Clara's family is hosting a memorial service at Risen Savior Lutheran Church, 9550 W. Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee on FRIDAY, April 21, 2023 at 10 AM. Black is not allowed to be worn. Clara always wore color to church.
