Joined the choir in Heaven on Sunday, May 8, 2022, at the age of 69. Beloved daughter of Norma and the late Jerome "Jerry" Schneider. Loving sister of Paul (Vickie), Dale (Kris), Jan (Dave) Schultz, Ellie (Joe) Lehmann, and Bob. Dear aunt of Angeline (Jason) Sadowski, Jerome, Rachel (Dave) Misko, Amber Neuenfeldt, James (Kelly), Katy (Dan) Anheuser, Sara (Nick) Wahlers, Caryn (Ed) Bremberger, Kristen (Tim) Geyer, Andrew (Kati) Lehmann, Oliver, and Sonny. Great-aunt of Hannah, Sophie, Ella, Elyse, Rory, Alice, Alyvia, Paislee, Eli, Estelle, Edison, Scarlett, Tanner, Ezekiel, Lacey, and Noah. Preceded in death by her twin sister; and her niece, Clair. Also loved by many other family members and dear friends. Chris was a long time Registered Nurse, starting her career at St. Mary's Hospital. She spent the majority of her career with St. Francis Hospital before retiring from All Saints Hospital. Chris was a very dedicated caregiver, both in her professional and personal life. She devoted much of her time in caring for family members with pure love and devotion. Chris had a passion for music, especially singing. She also had been a member of the Bay View High School Orchestra and Up With People. She was a lifetime member at St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church where she always loved harmonizing with each hymn in honor of God. Chris' family would like to thank the staff at both Vitas Hospice and Elizabeth Residence for the incredible care and kindness they provided. Visitation on Monday, May 16, 2022, at St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2605 South Kinnickinnic Avenue, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Funeral service to follow at 12:30 PM. Interment Arlington Park Cemetery. If desired, memorials in Chris' memory to St. Lucas Evangelical Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society are appreciated.
