Obituary

Christine (Biscuit) Ksobiech, 76, of Vernon, Wisconsin, passed on and sadly left this world a little quieter March 29, 2023. Chris was born on April 07, 1946 in Poland. Chris is survived by her loving and dedicated husband of 58 years, Tommy "Subby", her supportive and caring sons Ed (Kristi), Steve, Paul (Katie) and a beautiful and kind daughter Gail. Chris is further survived by her nine wonderful grandchildren whom she loved and admired with all her heart, Tommy, Nick (Abby), Zak, Jeffrey, Jonathan, Samantha, Jack, Alex, Ella, and a great-grandchild Cameron.

An immigrant from Poland, Chris and her family moved to the United States where she spent her early years on a farm in Iowa. The family then moved to Wisconsin, where Chris met the love of her life, Tommy. They quickly grew their family, raising and nurturing them in West Allis, WI. Chris was not only a dedicated and hardworking mother, she and her husband owned several small businesses. She was also a master of her craft as a beautician. She enjoyed going on family vacations, throwing holiday parties, gardening, baking, playing cards, and giving haircuts. She also enjoyed sipping cocktails at her lake home. She opened her arms and mothered many at the family cottage in Montello, WI. Chris's true joy came from spending time with her grandchildren. She attended their many school functions, sporting events, and recitals in support of all of them.

Chris, better known by many who loved her dearly as "Biscuit", was a pillar of strength and a magnetic force. She cherished her time here on earth by spending time with her beloved family, as well as her friends, whom she saw as family. Chris was well known for her hospitality and zest for life, always making her joyous presence known. All who loved her can attest that she provided warmth and comfort to those around her, and was quick to provide food and drink to anyone who crossed her doorstep. Chris will forever be known as a selfless, loving, boisterous, and adventurous soul that has left this world and all she touched for the better.

A Memorial Visitation and Celebration of Life for Chris will be held Thursday, April 13, 2023, 9:00-11:00 AM, Memorial service at 11:00 AM followed by luncheon, at Fox River Church (S46W24130 Lawnsdale Rd, Waukesha, WI 53189).
