Hutchinson, Christine A. found peace on November 21, 2025, at the age of 65.

Chris leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and unwavering love. She is

survived by her devoted wife and best friend, Laura DeLain, who cherished every day

shared together. She will be forever missed by her children; her adoring daughter Katie

(Jeff) Grieger and her loving son John (Blair) Hutchinson, who knew her as their steady

source of love and the warm, sweet natured humor that made every moment with her

lighter.

Chris is also held in the cherished memories of her mother, Adana Hilkemeier, preceded

in death by her father George Hull and Adana's late husband Donald Hilkemeier. She

will be remembered lovingly by her brothers Steve Hull and Jeff Hull; and her sisters

Jody Chritton, Kim Crouch, and Tracey Carver. She held a special place in the hearts of

her brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, many nieces and nephews, step-daughters Becca and

Beth, and George Hutchinson, the father of her children and lifelong friend. Her

treasured grandchildren, Elliot, Charlotte, Daniel, Evelyn, and Beau will feel her

absence deeply, looking back fondly on their "Grandma Sandwiches" and cherishing the

countless moments they shared in her bright and joyful company.

To know Chris was to feel welcomed, supported, and deeply loved. Her family will carry

her spirit with them always.

Visitation will be held on December 7th from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM at Prasser-Kleczka

Funeral Home, 3275 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53207, with celebration of life to

follow at 1:30 PM. Brightly colored attire is welcome and encouraged.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation and Project

Concern of Cudahy are appreciated.

Chris found strength and community in her fellowship with Bill W., a journey that deeply

shaped her life and the lives of those she touched. Chris's family would like to extend

their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice for the

compassionate care and comfort they provided.
