January 13, 2023. Age 65. Charles is survived by his brother Jerald (Mary), nephews Jerry (Tiffany) and Joseph (Amanda), great-nephew Jaxon and great-niece Mia, cousins Patricia (Gerald), Robert (Jean), James (Gina), David (Cathy), Dean (Pamela), Dale (Suzanne), good friend Alexandria, and other family members and former colleagues. Preceded in death by his parents Charles and June, aunts Doris (John), Evelyn (Victor), Lorraine (Kenneth), and cousins Corrine and Carol.

Charles was a graduate of UW-Madison earning his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and History. He also retired from the City of Milwaukee after many years of service. Charles was passionate about building and collecting model airplanes, especially airliners from around the world, as well as airline memorabilia (timetables, photos, etc.). Charles was a member of Christ Church U.C.C.
