In Loving Memory of Charles Frank Otter

Charles Frank Otter, lovingly known as Chuck, passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 84. He was born on May 23, 1939, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Chuck passed peacefully.

Chuck was an avid outdoorsman who found solace in the beauty of nature. He possessed a keen passion for hunting and fishing, which brought him countless hours of joy and serenity. When he wasn't out in the wilderness, he could be found rooting for his beloved Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Brewers. Chuck's unwavering love for sports was a testament to his dedication and loyalty.

He cherished his wife, Margo Otter, and their journey together as partners and best friends. He leaves behind his children Jeff (Pegi), Laurie (Corky) Williams, Cindy (Steve) Woloschek and Amy Hehn.

Chuck's legacy expands beyond his immediate family. Those closest to him will remember him as a proud and caring grandfather. He leaves behind cherished memories with his grandchildren, Jordan (Josh), Rachel, Mitchell, Brett, Natalie, Isabel, and Mia (Caleb). Chuck was also blessed with great-grandchildren, Colton and Sienna, who brought immeasurable joy to his life.

Throughout his years, Chuck worked as a foreman with Wisconsin Gas, exemplifying hard work and dedication.

Private family services were held.
