Obituary

Born to Eternal Life on Friday, July 19, 2013, age 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Jones). Dear father of Sharon (Edward) Hart, David (the late Priscilla) Eickhoff, Judi (Donald) Beisel and Thomas Eickhoff. Proud grandfather of Kim Quartemont, David (Jerri) Eickhoff, Teri Hart, Tracy Hart and Ryan Beisel. Loving great grandfather of Nicholas, Benjamin, River, Sage and Taylor. Brother of Virginia Wahl. Prededed in death by his brothers Bernard (Virginia), Robert, Harry and Jack. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home TUES., July 23, 2012 from 4-7 PM. Funeral Services at 7 PM Private interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Charlie was a World War II veteran proudly serving his country in the U.S. Army / Air Corps. He was a member and past commander of George Washington Bay View Post 180 American Legion. Charlie was also a Past President of the Inter Organization Council of Bay View and the former General Chairman of the South Shore Water Frolic.
