Proud grandpa of Ken Frizzelle, Alexandra, Michael and Samantha Cobb. Dear brother-in-law of Betty (Richard) Seidl and Frank (Jenice) Kling. Special Uncle to Jenni Williams and her daughter Kieleigh Williams. Lifelong friends Harold "Harry" Paasch and Richard "Shim" (Maryalice) Szymkowiak. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Charles was Member of Lake Lodge #189, Past Master of Damascus Lodge #290 and Past Associate Guardian of Bethel #6 Job's Daughters. He was a retiree of AT&T, a lifetime member of the CWA Union and U.S. Army veteran.
