Passed away January 11, 2016. Age 60 years. Beloved daughter of Robert (Ruth) Radke and Patricia (Daniel) Ludwig. Loving friend of Craig Burbey. Charlene was a graduate from Cudahy High School. She was active in chorus, drama and tennis. She lived in Denver briefly enjoying skiing and working as an EMT. She returned to Milwaukee and graduated college with honors from UWM. She then moved to Boston, MA and worked for the Boston Museum of Fine Arts before graduating from the New England School of Law. She then joined the Wisconsin Bar, working as a public defender and also at a private law firm. Charlene was a woman of many talents and enjoyed cooking, creating art, music, gardening, and traveling. She loved critters, especially her cats: K.C., Lance, Miltie and Hank. She volunteered for MPS, the Hmong Community and was a gathering member of the Bay View Arts Guild. Charlene is survived by many relatives and friends who will miss her spirit, artistic flair, sense of humor, intelligence and generosity. The family would like to give a heart felt thanks to the St. Francis Hospital and Cameo Sub-Acute Center staff for their compassionate care. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
