(nee Polacarz). Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 at the age of 90 years. Cherished mother of Jeffrey, Gregory (Lisa), Karin, Thomas (Joy) and Michael. Loving grandmother of Jacob, Anthony, Elizabeth, Nicholas, Alexander, William and Ryan. Further survived by loving family and good friends.
