Carolyn H. Smith (nee Malone) Born to Eternal Life on Monday, August 26, 2024 at the age of 94. Loving mother of Shari (Marshall) Smith-Mead, Lori (Richard) Futh. Cherished grandmother of Rachel (Rick) Miller. Great grandmother of Xander and Alexis. Sister-in-law Kristie Malone. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.

Preceded in death by husband Myron (Mike) Smith, her daughter Leslie Smith, her parents Albert and Jennie Malone, brothers Dr. John Malone and Lawerence (Audrey) Malone.

In lieu of flowers donations to Shriners Children's Hospital, the Heart Association of Wisconsin or the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Carloyn's name are appreciated.

Visitation at the Greendale Community Church, 6015 Clover Ln, Greendale, WI 'Friday, September 13, 2024 from 10am-11am with a funeral service at 11am. Interment to follow at Good Hope Cemetery.
