Carol Ann Wozniak (nee Chiesa) Passed away on Saturday July 24, 2021 at age 80. Loving mother of Patricia and Christopher. Dear sister of Gilbert (Carol) Chiesa, Gail (Wayne) Heiderich, and Lois (Dale) Hoppe. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, grand and great-grand children. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday August 12 at Basilica of St. Josaphat at 2P.M. Private interment will take place at a later date.
