(nee Rutchik) Found peace on April 12, 2021, age 76. Carol is survived by her sons Randall and Garett and her grandchildren, Ruby and Dillion. She was preceded in death by husbands, Brian Jaeckel and Dale Polchinski; and by her son Dale Polchinski Jr. Graveside Service on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, 11:00 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery, 614 E. Howard Avenue.
