Pape, Carl R. Went Home to Heaven on Monday, March 21, 2016 at the age of 73 years. Beloved husband and best friend for 47 years of Margurette (nee Johnson). Loving dad of Kandie (Kurt) Gorski and Peggy (Cory) Collings. Treasured grandpa of Noah, Hannah and Emily Gorski and Giovanni Collings. Carl was preceeded into Eternal Life by his parents, 3 sisters and 3 brothers. He is further survived by 3 sisters, 3 brothers, many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Visitation Saturday, March 26, 2016 from 9-10:45 AM at St. Lucas Ev. Lutheran Church, 2605 S. Kinnickinnic Ave. Milwaukee. Funeral Services at 11AM. Interment and military honors to follow at Forest Hill Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church are appreciated. Carl proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam Era. Among his hobbies were woodworking, enjoying his backyard bird sanctuary and spending time with his grandchildren.
