Candy C. Alswager

Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 25, 2022. Age 73 years. Beloved wife and best friend for 44 years of David R. Alswager. Loving mom of Christina Seitz, Kimberley McCord, Melissa (Colin) Leasure and David Alswager. Cherished Nana of JJ and Collin; Cameron and the late Jayden. Dear sister of Thomas (the late Kathy) Chudzinski, and the late Ann Marie "Cookie" Lentz. Candy is preceded in death by her parents Edward and Mary Chudzinski. Further survived by other family members and friends.

Throughout her life Candy enjoyed spending time at their family cabin in Chetek, fishing, reading, traveling the world, gardening, going on long walks. She was an avid sports fan and especially loved the Packers. She was an animal lover, she also enjoyed shopping trips with her friends but most importantly Candy adored her family and grandchildren. Her family would like to thank the staff of Aurora at Home Hospice for their tender care and support.
