Found peace on Friday, February 24, 2023 at the age of 46. Loving daughter of Ruben C. Hernandez and Guadalupe and Jose Guevara. Beloved mother of Jovan (Abby) Hernandez, Sirena Hernandez, Marcelo Hernandez and Paulina Martin. Cherished sister of Rosie (Billy) Cornejo and Melena Hernandez. Loving grandma of Alayhna, Noah, Julian and Aria. Further survived by other family and friends.

Candi was a very selfless person, always putting others needs before her own. She will be remembered for her beautiful curly hair and contagious smile. Candi will be missed by everyone who knew her, she left us way too soon.

Visitation will be at the Funeral Home on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Funeral Service at 7:00 PM.
