Obituary

Of Fond Du Lac, formerly of Milwaukee, passed away and joined his beloved wife Linda Arlene on September 6, 2002 at the age of 79. Beloved father of Calvin Jr. (Linda), Dale, Barbara (Gary) Hensel, Janet, Linda and Gerald. Dear grandfather of Thomas Peffer and David Immel. Loving brother of Irene (Clarence) Schafrik, Betty (Howard) Borqwardt, Mary (Roger) Solberg and Roland (JoAnne) Immel. Fond in-law of Frank (Dorothy) Petrak, Barbara McCracken, Don Robertson Alma Ingle, Thomas (Bev) Petrak, Gay (Richard) Peck and Georgian (Clarence) Overen. Further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home FRIDAY 10 AM – 12 Noon. Funeral Services at 12 noon. Interment and Military honors to follow at Wood National Cemetery. Calvin had retired from Price Erecting & Ironworkers Union Local 8 after 35 years. Born and raised in Fond Du Lac, he was a WWII veteran of the invasion of Normandy. A special thank you to Dr. John Steiner, the staff at St. Agnes Hospital and the wonderful care and support from the staff at Hospice Home of Hope in Fond Du Lac. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Hospice Home of Hope, 400 County Road K, Fond Du Lac, WI 54935-8921 would be appreciated.
