Her most loved activity was watching her boys and more recently her grandchildren at their sporting events.

(nee Barg) Born to eternal life on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, age 85 years. Loving wife for 47 years to the late Glen Schopf. Beloved mom of Steven (Kim), Robert (Irma), Rick (Penny) and David (Lori) Schopf. Loving cherished grandmother of Sydney (Sean) Sullivan, Megan, Nathan and Eric Schopf. Dearest sister of Gary (Gretchen) Barg. Sister-in-law of Bill Jochem. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, both here and in Door County and friends.

Bonnie will be fondly remembered for her active life. She will be remembered for being active in the Cub Scouts, participating in archery, quilting, baking and volunteering at her church. She enjoyed traveling, playing penny slots at any casino, playing card games, camping with her family and of course dog/cat sitting. Her most loved activity was watching her boys and more recently her grandchildren at their sporting events.

Visitation on Thursday, July 16, 2026, 9:30-11:00 AM at Peace Lutheran Church, 17651 W. Small Rd., New Berlin. Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment Highland Memorial Park .
