Proud grandmother of Jennifer (Lloyd) Thomas and Megan Powers. Great-grandmother of Charles Thomas. Dear sister of Donald (June) Rismeyer and Cynthia (Rodger) Keller. Preceded in death by her 4 sisters and 4 brothers. Further survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation on FRIDAY February 5, 2010 4-7 PM at RESURRECTION EV. LUTHERAN CHURCH, 213 E. Howard Ave. Funeral Service at 7 PM. Interment Saturday 9 AM at Woodlawn Cemetery. Betty was a member of Ladies Aid and the OWLS. She attended Unity Senior Center and volunteered at Humboldt Park School.
