Barbara Frances Meinholz

(nee Polewski) Born to Eternal Life on Friday, December 6, 2024. Age 88 years. Barbara is preceded in death by her beloved husband Fred Meinholz and cherished son Fr. David Meinholz. Loving mother of Peter (Cindy), Catherine (Richard) Powers, Paul (Kelly), Mark (Ellen), and Matthew. Cherished grandmother of Jeff, Greg (Missie); Eric and Grace; Haley (Kevin) Robers, Carson, Trevor, and Payton. Adored great-grandmother of Lucas, Evan and Phoebe; Kaia and Olivia Robers. Barbara was also preceded in death by her sisters Dorothy and Mary Jane. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Visitation Friday, December 13, 2024 from 9:30 - 10:45 AM at Divine Mercy Parish, 800 Marquette Ave., in South Milwaukee. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.

Barbara was a longtime and active member of Divine Mercy Parish and the former St. Mary Catholic Church in South Milwaukee. She was the former president of the Christian Women, headed up the fish fry and was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Mary's. She was also a longtime volunteer with the Xaverian Missionary Fathers. Barbara was also the former president of the Milwaukee Archdiocesan Priests Mothers' Guild. Her family would like to thank the caregivers and staff of Clement Manor and Vitas Hospice with a very special thank you to Dr. David Munoz.
