(nee Jacoby) Passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at age 87.
Reader of books, crocheter of afghans, baker of cookies, and the "original auto-correct." Born to Victor and Eleanore (nee Dude) April 13, 1933. Beloved mother of Sue (John) Zuehlke, John (Cindy) Janiszewski, Jill (Alan) Botka, and Julie (Mark) Myszkowski. Preceded in death by her daughter Ellen (Pete) Pemrich. Dear grandma of Charles (Carri) Wyskochil, Chad (Petrea) Wyskochil, Rae-Ann (Chris) Zielinski, Rachel Schultz, Jessica (William) Lovelace, David Janiszewski, Nicole (Aaron) Cornett, Jamie Janiszewski, Ben and Tessa Botka, Joshua, James and Joel Luna; and great-grandmother of Charlee, Codey, McKenzie, Ella, Trinity, Tryston, Staten, Brooklyn, Jadon, Alana, Bentlee, Carter, Evan and Ivy. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends.
Barbara read every single day. She made 173 afghans, most of which she gave away to family and friends, or donated to fundraisers. Every December she baked Christmas cookies, at least 50 different kinds, which she loved sharing with family and friends.
