Anthony Witkowski
Found peace on Friday, May 3, 2024, age 91 years. Beloved husband of Marilyn (nee Schoemann) and Kathleen Grams. Loving father of William (Virginia) Witkowski, Kimberly (Richard) Kugler, Gregory Witkowski, David Witkowski and the late Kevin Witkowski. Proud grandfather of Amy (Dean) Christensen, Kim Blum, Todd Witkowski, McKenzie Kugler, Terrence Witkowski, Tina (Peter) Wohlgemuth, Jacob Witkowski, Jessie Witkowski and Brittany Kugler. Further survived by great-grandchildren, members of the Grams Family, other family and friends.
Tony was a retiree of Allen-Bradley after almost 39 years as a Master Electrician. He proudly served served his country in the United States Army from 1951-1955, serving during the Korean War. After service Tony remained active with fellow veterans, namely as a member and Past-Commander of George Washington-Bay View Post No. 180, American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Also he supported his childrens activities, most notably as a chaperon for Lake Band. A sincere thank you to VA Home Assistance, the staffs of Brighton Hospice and Southpointe Health Center for their care and support for Tony.
Visitation at the Funeral Home on Thursday, May 9, 2024, 4:00-7:00 PM. Prayer Service and Time of Sharing at 7:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, May 10, 2024, 11:00 AM at Nativity of the Lord Parish, 3672 E Plankinton Ave, Cudahy (Please meet directly at church at 10:45 AM). Interment and military honors to follow at Arlington Park Cemetery. If desired, memorials to Camp American Legion-Wisconsin are appreciated.
