Tony passed away at age 85 with his last days spent with his family by his side on Sunday, August 25, 2013. He is preceded in death by his parents Luigi and Josephine and his sisters Mary Mani and Loraine Schmidt. Beloved husband for 64 years of Margaret (nee Yaccarino). Devoted father of Deborah (Henry) Douglas, Kerri Livermore, Scott (Leiko) Napoli, Michael (Jackie) Napoli, and Lisa (Gene) Napoli. Proud grandfather of Stacie (Jeff), Trisha (Donald), Angela, Jenny, Sarah (Joe), David, Jordan, Tanner, Cody, Brianna, Blake, Austin and Aaron. Cherished great-grandfather of Lundyn, Anthony, Tyanna, Maleeya and Ava. Further survived by his brother and sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Tony proudly served his country during World War II in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He was a former employee of the Milwaukee Road and was a retiree of MMSD after 30 years of service. Tony was a member of American Legion Post #16 and a faithful volunteer for 16 years at St. Luke's Medical Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Luke's Medical Center for the Rooftop Healing Garden.
Visitation at the Funeral Home WEDNESDAY from 4-8 PM. Prayer Service at 7 PM. Visitation also Thursday from 10-11 AM at ST. CHARLES BORROMEO CHURCH, 3100 W. Parnell Ave. Milwaukee. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Entombment to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
