Anthony Gene Mercurio, "Tony", died October 13, 2022, at the age of 63. Beloved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to many, Tony was born in Victoria, Australia and spent his early years there, later taking the nickname "Roo". He grew up in Milwaukee, worked in manufacturing and as a house painter, and lived the last eight years in Madison, WI. Tony loved the outdoor life, camping, fishing, and telling stories around the campfire. He loved to cook and share food with friends and family. He was famous for his pecan sandies at Christmastime. Tony had a wonderful sense of humor and a quick wit that always kept us laughing. He was a loving and compassionate person, an ardent Packer fan and a fun and willing photographic subject for his sister. We will miss him deeply. We will say our goodbyes to Tony in a graveside service Monday, October 31, 2022 11:00 am Woodlawn Cemetery 614 E Howard Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53207.
