Obituary

Born to eternal life on Saturday, March 22, 2008 age 85 years. Loving husband of Pauline (nee Righi). Beloved father of Christine (William) Wiseman, Dr. Thomas (Maryann) Giaimo and Linda (Tony) Carideo. Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Nora, Patrick, Peter, Morgan, Megan, Max, Nicholas, Gregory and Olivia. Dear brother of Rosemary (the late Morvin) Mellor, Mafalda (the late Stanley) Bridich, the late Florence (Michael) Cianciolo and the late Sam (Marilyn) Giaimo. Further survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation at the Funeral Home WED. March 26th 4-8 PM with a prayer service at 7 PM. Visitation also THUR. after 9 AM . Funeral service at 9:30 AM to ST. VERONICA CHURCH for Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Entombment and Military Honors to follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Tony was a proud Navy veteran of World War II and Korea, a survivor of the D-Day Invasion at Omaha Beach, a 1984 retiree of WEPCo and longtime member of the St. Veronica Parish choir.
