(Nee Putzi) Age 49 of Saint Francis, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017 after a 20 year battle with cancer. Beloved wife of Michael. Loving mother of Rebecca and Rachel Wozniak. Loving stepmother of Ryan and Melissa McSweeney. Proud grandmother "Nanny" of Madalyn McSweeney. She was very fond of her best friend Jackie Stueck. Preceded in death by her mother Marie Connolly and grandmother Gertrude Drinkwine. Anne grew up in Sussex, WI and graduated from Sussex Hamilton High School in 1985. She worked at Potawatomi Casino for more than 20 years. Her friend and boss, Candis Kroll, held a very special place in her heart and she will always be grateful for everything she has done for her. Anne loved to fish with her husband Michael and took great pride in beating him every year in fish totals. Even though it wasn't a competition, it was so a competition. She also enjoyed weekend motorcycle rides and adventures. The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. William Mattaeus and his staff for everything they have done for Anne over the last 20 years. With his guidance and her strength, Anne was able to beat several reoccurrences over those years. Without him we would not have been able to spend an extra 20 years with her. Anne will continue to be loved and missed dearly. Visitation at the Funeral Home SATURDAY, February 11, 2017 from 9:00AM-11:30AM. A eulogy service will be held at 11:30AM.
