Anne was born in Arlington, Virginia on February, 19, 1941 to Marshall Joseph and Esther Delight Gooden Manion. She passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 in Milwaukee at the age of 80. She was the loving mother of Joshua (Julie) Manion and Scott Fulton. She was the beloved sister of Charles (Terry) Manion and Eileen Manion Fulton. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to her parents Anne was predeceased by her infant son Timothy, her brother Joseph and her sister-law Annelle. Professionally and personally, Anne was a care giver to many throughout her life. She enjoyed time with her family and friends, painting, art, reading, listening to music and American history. Anne had a great sense of humor. There will be a celebration of her life at a later date. Anne will be laid to rest in Virginia.
