Verhein, Amy (Amanda) With her loving family surrounding her, Amy Verhein (nee Klein) left the world she loved in peace on July 23, 2009, five days before her 86thbirthday. Her legacy includes the smiles, joys, and curiosity she shared with her family; children: Joan (Michael) Airoldi, Mary (David) Forsman, Ruth (James) Brennan, James (Sherry) Verhein, Janice (Gary) Zepnick; grandchildren: Nicole, Chloe, and Aimee Zepnick, Alex and Jessie Verhein, Caitlin and Meaghan Brennan, Karrin, John (Rachel) Forsman, Janet (Josh) Campbell, Deanne (Nathan) Smith, Daniel (Sarah) Forsman, Adam, Laura (David) Leisner, Sara, Glenn (Christine) Airoldi and four great grandchildren. Del, her husband of 57 years, preceded her in death. Many close friends and neighbors also enriched Amy's life and the family thanks them all. Visitation Friday July 31, 10:30 am at St. Paul Catholic Church Parish 1720 E. Norwich, Milwaukee and Memorial Mass at noon. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to South Shore YMCA, Bay View and/or Tippecanoe Public Libraries.
