Szczech, Alexander F. Al Went to join his beloved wife, Lois (nee Possing), on Sunday, October 15, 2017, age 86 years. Loving dad of Debbie (Edwin) Bonilla and Paul Szczech. Proud grandpa of Nicholas Szczech, Aaron (Ariel) Bonilla, Jacob Szczech and Melissa Bonilla. Fond father-in-law of Jill Szczech. Dear brother of Joanne Kalski. Brother-in-law of Robert Santi and Anita Possing. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Al was a U.S. Army veteran serving during the Korean War and was a recipient of the Purple Heart and was awarded the Bronze Star with Valor. A heartfelt thank you to the Staffs of Ramsey Woods in Cudahy and Allay Home Hospice for the compassionate care given. Visitation on Thursday, October 19, 2017, 10:00-11:30 AM at IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH, 1023 E. Russell Ave. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM.
